Inspire Yoga Teacher Training gives you a broader and deeper set of skills and insights to bring into your personal practice and your teaching. We focus on developing an advanced understanding of how to effectively teach asana through intelligent and thoughtful sequencing of vinyasa and yin yoga, pranayama and meditation practices to all levels and conditions of students, including group and private sessions. We look in greater depth at each of the topics considered essential in the ongoing development as a professional yoga teacher. 200 Hour RYT run every year along with the advanced modules below.




MODULES TAUGHT BY KYLIE

50hr Biomechanics & Functional Anatomy for The Modern Day Yogi

50 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+  Advanced Training or as a stand alone training. Learn how to break down poses to make them more accessible for all bodies and how to work with a variety specific conditions and injuries. This module will also help you sequence for more complex poses and incorporate strength and stability into your classes. This module will also give you the tools and knowledge to teach one to one with confidence.

50hr Creative and Meaningful Sequencing

This 50 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+  Advanced Training or as a stand alone training is taught by Sandey Hoskin and Kylie Rook. Learn how to sequence using the energetics of asana, myofascial trains, Traditional Chinese Medicine and Ayurveda. Learn how to properly prepare your students for poses using progressions and regressions and the latest movement science. If you are stuck or feeling uninspired then this module will give you the tools you need.



50hr Psychosomatics, Yoga & the Therapeutic Relationship

50 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+  Advanced Training or as a stand alone training. In this module you will explore the impact of life stressors on injury, chronic pain and autoimmune disorders. Learn about the importance of breathing on both the nervous system and stability in the body. This module will also teach you how to use somatic movement to bring more body awareness and reduce tension in the body.


30hr Restorative Yoga

30 hour module to be completed as part of Inspire Yoga 300hr+ Advanced Training or as a stand alone training. Learn about the importance of rest for the nervous system and homeostasis. Learn how to construct a class and prop your students appropriately so they find a deep level of relaxation.

I recently completed my first 50HR module with Inspire; biomechanics and functional movement with Kylie as the lead. I absolutely loved the entire experience.

The group size was small (around 6 people) meaning information sharing and bouncing concepts around came naturally. Tonnes of practice examples with the body, the yoga classes were specific and aligned with the functional movement module, we had variety in our training location which kept things fresh, and Kylie was outstanding in her ability to convey complex ideas in an easy-to-digest way. I'm now integrating the lessons and so excited to return for my next 50HR module.
