Sessions may include Mindfulness Based Stillness Meditation, breath awareness practices, and yoga poses to help relieve the common areas of concern such as neck, shoulders, back and hips.

I can offer a single one off session or 4 or 6 week packages.

Pricing from $200 per hour depending on number of participants and package.
